It’s that time of year again, summer is over and it’s back to school time. Here are a few fun activities to try.
Preschool Ice breaker:
2nd-3rd grade ice breakers:
4th-5th Grade ice breaker:
Who’s in your circle?
Students write their favorite thing inside the innermost
circle labeled “love,” along with their name. Everyone roams the room writing
their names inside others’ circles depending on how they feel about that person’s
topic, in either “love”, “like” or “don’t like”. It helps them get to know each
other better and they learn that they might share an interest with someone they
didn’t know before!
Tip* you can change the outer circle to “don’t know about” because students have unique interests this
way the classmates responses are more accurate then dislike when they aren’t really
familiar with the topic.
